It’s that time once again, let’s gather together to show love, support & appreciation for the DJ’s, Producers, Vocalists, Musicians & Events who have been lighting up our lives (and dancefloors!) throughout 2025!
This years shortlist of nominees has been hand picked by a diverse panel of talent from within our scene, but it’s up to YOU to decide this years winners through a PUBLIC VOTE.

This years shortlists have been hand picked by a carefully chosen panel. This panel is made up of DJ’s, Producers & Vocalists, all of which are highly respected & established names within our scene. Each of these panel members have made one nomination in each category, but it’s up to YOU to decide the winners.
Place your votes now. Public voting ends 18th December. You DO NOT need to vote in every category. Simply make your selections then click the ‘END QUIZ’ button at the bottom of the voting page.
We’ve also introduced a ‘Spotlight’ category, aiming to shine a light on more DJs, Producers & Vocalists who deserve recognition for their fantastic contributions & progress in recent years.
Lets meet the panel
Derrick McKenzie
Drummer (Jamiroquai), DJ, Producer, Teacher.
Derrick may be best known for being the vibrant drummer of Jamiroquai, but he is also a well established DJ. He introduces a unique fusion of live drum beats with feel-good tunes to the musical world, elevating the disco funk genre for fans worldwide.
Greg Packer (Dr Packer)
Producer, DJ.
Dr Packer is one of Australia's finest Soul, Disco, Funk, & House exports with multiple remixes & originals featuring on labels such as Defected Records & Glitterbox.
Phil Rose (Jaegerossa)
DJ, Producer.
With a career spanning production, DJing and label development, Jaegerossa has become one of the most respected voices in nu-disco. Having played a key role in the growth of Midnight Riot Records and now running Do It Anyway Recordings, he brings authoritative insight and industry knowledge to the OGV Music Awards panel.
Paul Conway (MIOGA | The Knutsens)
DJ, Producer.
Owner & Manager of Only Good Vibes Music Ltd & Vibe Collide Records.
One half of DJ duo ‘The Knutsens’, and band leader of ‘MIOGA’, a live-band/DJ project and musical celebration, blending Jazz, Funk, Dance & Soul. Music. Is. Our. Greatest. Achievement.
Suki-Soul
Singer, Songwriter, Producer, DJ.
UK based, Suki is an energetic soulful vocalist, songwriter, producer, DJ, & versatile performer.
Her passion, and main influences are derived from 70's-80's Soul/ Funk/ Disco/ House, and 90's Club Classics.

We would just like to remind everyone that the ‘OGV Music Awards’ is a completely non-profit event. Instead we aim to raise money for charitable causes. This years charity partner is ‘Be Instrumental!’, our very own instrument drive aiming to gift instruments, and to provide free music learning resources to children from low-income families.
Every child deserves the chance to learn to play music.
