Don’t Need No Sunshine | A soulful, jazz-infused track which traverses themes of love and yearning through its confessional and honest lyrics. With Beatles inspired vocal embellishments and rich harmonies, the mellow love song effortlessly builds into a chaos of saxophone and vocal improvisations.
Inspired by the psychedelia of the 1960s, Blurred blends elements of vintage sounds with modern jazz harmony and woodwind adornments. Recorded in one take, the band's flowing interplay is demonstrated by a guitar and bass feature from Kyle Hood and Chris Quinn. Ethereal vocals floating over a meditative two chord jam give Blurred its unique, unearthly quality.
